The interior of the theater after the curtain closed were a mass of black. Towels of different sizes and shapes, different colors, and blinks in the black, constantly changing the properties of objects. Bath towels, clothes, toys, quilts, sofas.
What we want to present to the public is the scene at the end of a day in modern life:
After taking a hot shower, wipe the moisture off the body. Jokes, chasing, venting, whispers in the quilt, with another individual. The existence of conversation, mother tongue. A music repeating in the mind…
Acknowledging the small intimacies of everyday life is a form of resistance in itself. It is not so much that we are surrounded by black, but rather that we allow the existence of black.
